Hey there, human! I’m the lime — the zesty little green globe that’s been shaking up taste buds for thousands of years. I got my start traveling with ancient traders across Asia and the Middle East, and sailors even carried me on long voyages to keep scurvy away. (What can I say? I’ve always been known for keeping things fresh.)
Now that I’m dried, I’ve basically leveled up. I’m still bright, bold, and unmistakably tangy — but with a long shelf life and a whole new range of talents. Drop me into your cocktails to add instant style and citrus aroma, use me to garnish dishes when you want to impress guests, or toss me into simmering sauces, teas, or marinades for a subtle citrus kick.
